2. Do you make the boards fresh every day?
Absolutely! Every board is freshly prepared to order using premium ingredients. Nothing is pre-packed or sitting around — you’ll always get the freshest graze possible.
3. Can I customise my grazing board?
Yes! You can swap or add items, choose specific meats, cheeses, or themes, and even request colour palettes for events. Just let us know your preferences when ordering.
4. Do you cater for dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.)?
Of course! We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and pork-free options. Just let us know when you order and we’ll tailor your board accordingly.
5. How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend 24 hours’ notice, especially for larger boards or events. However, we often have smaller boards available for same-day pickup and can whip up bigger boards in just an hour — call us or jump online to check!
6. Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local delivery throughout Noosa and surrounding areas. You can also pre-order for pick-up at our Noosa store.
7. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Sunshine Beach, Tewantin, Peregian, and surrounding suburbs. For larger event orders, we may travel further — just ask!
8. Can I pick up my board instead of delivery?
Definitely! You can collect directly from our Graze Craze Noosa store at your chosen time. We’ll have it ready and perfectly presented for your event or outing. We recommend parking in the car park underneath the Junction Plaza shopping centre and using the lift that is located right in the middle of the car park as that will come up right outside of our shop, making it easy for pick up.
9. What sizes do the boards come in?
We offer a range of sizes — from our “Charcuterie Cup”, “Grab n Graze”, “Lone Grazier” or “Picnic Box” (for 1–2 people), to our Small Boards (serves 5-10), Medium Boards that serve 8-15 and our large boards that serve 10 meals or 20 Grazers. Choose your size online or in-store.
10. How long do the boards last?
Boards are best enjoyed fresh on the day of pickup or delivery. If kept refrigerated, they can last a few days, but we recommend serving them at room temperature for the best flavour.
11. Do you offer corporate or event catering?
Yes! We cater for corporate meetings, staff parties, product launches, weddings, birthdays, and everything in between. We can deliver and set up your graze table too.
12. Can I buy a gift board or voucher for someone else?
Absolutely! Our boards make the perfect gift. You can also purchase Graze Craze gift vouchers in-store or online for any amount.
13. What’s included on a typical board?
A mix of artisan cheeses, cured meats, dips, crackers, breads, nuts, seasonal fruit, veggies, chocolates, and sweet treats — beautifully styled and ready to impress.
14. Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
We offer vegetarian options - Ask for our “Vegegrazian” Board. We also offer low carb boards – Ask for our “Keto” board option. For vegan specific boards or specific food allergies, please give us a call and we will see what we can put together for you
15. How do I store my board if I’m not eating it straight away?
Keep it in the fridge, covered or sealed, until you’re ready to serve. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving so everything tastes amazing.
16. What’s the best board for a picnic or date night?
Our “Picnic board” is perfect for 2 people that want a hearty Charcuterie style meal on a date night or go with the “Lone Grazer” if it is more of a Grazing type of bite for 2. —They are both portable, pre-cut, and includes a little bit of everything. Just grab it, go, and graze anywhere.
17. Can you make themed or seasonal boards (e.g. Christmas, birthdays, Valentine’s Day)?
Yes! We love creating themed boards. Keep an eye on our seasonal collections or tell us your theme — we’ll bring it to life with custom colours, decorations, and ingredients.
18. Do you use local products?
We sure do. Wherever possible, we source from local Sunshine Coast and QLD suppliers — cheeses, honey, produce, and baked goods — supporting local growers and makers. Right now 90% of all produce is from local QLD suppliers.
19. Do you offer refunds or replacements?
If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. We stand by our freshness and quality guarantee — just contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out for you.
